ORD Mass Haul Diagram not showing up

Hello,

I am working to create a mass haul diagram. I have already created cross sections for my project. When I use the Home>Model Analysis and Reporting>Civil Analysis> Mass Haul command, I am selecting the cross section boundary method. Once ORD is finished processing, I am given a "MassHaulToTIW" Report, and this window pops up, but disappears within a few seconds.

So I am able to create a Mass Haul Report but not a Mass Haul Diagram. Any suggestions on why this is? I need to be able to print a mass haul diagram for a project
