You can rotate a grid by three points to any underlying geometry, the angle will be accurate regardless of the angle readout display:

However, rotation input to floor manager is still limited to text entry (it is older code).
The ACS tools can be use underlying geometry to create ACSs by points with the same level of precision as the grid example above.
