GPU Error - Graphics card has insufficient capabilities

I hope someone has a solution - we are getting the below message trying to run ContextCapture Engine:

Framebuffer objects are not supported
Vertex buffer objects are not supported

The machine is am HP Proliant DL380 G9 server.

GPU is GEFORCE GTX 1660 Super.

Drivers installed, everything looks good. Until we run the engine. Nvidia says I need to do a bios update - but I am unsure that paying for a service agreement without knowing whether or not that will solve the issue is wise. It seems to me that there are possibly some settings in the Nvidia Control Panel that need to be set, but while I see people have commented that resolved their issues, noone indicates what settings were changed.

I am desperate at this point. Bentley Tech Support simply told me to uncheck Vulcan API, which seems to be the default answer. I did uncheck it and it does not solve the problem. This is extremely urgent, we are losing $ everyday that I cannot get this to work.

Error Message Context Capture

I know I have asked many questions lately - and I have sent in this exact ticket to technical support, but thought I would post here as well to see if anyone has a similar problem with a solution.

Installed ContextCapture on a Dell Poweredge R620. Bios is up to date. Installed an NVIDIA Quadro P400 with up to date drivers. Was getting tensorflow_cc error. Installed CUDA Toolkit (was suggestion when getting tensorflow_cc error). Now getting "The Application was unable to start correctly, (0xC0000142). Click OK to close the application". Based on search for this error, it is due to an outdated or corrupt file. I have downloaded fresh install of ContextCapture, same error.

These are the specs for our machine:
Dell PowerEdge R620
2x 2.20Ghz E5-2660 8 Core Processors - Total of 16x Cores
8x 8GB PC3-10600R RAM - Total of 64GB Memory
2x 600GB 10K SAS 2.5'' 6G - Total Storage of 1.2TB
Nvidia Quadro P400 Graphics
- CUDA Processors 256
- OpenGL Support OpenGL 4.5
- Compute Capability 6.1

All of these meet the requirements for ContextCapture - but while the Master and Settings will run, the Engine will not. This is urgent and has cost a week so far of downtime.

1、ContextCapture Center Engine warning message：

Geometry shaders v4 are not supported

Vertex shaders v4 are not supported

Fragment shaders v4 are not supported

Framebuffer objects are not supported

2、ContextCapture Master Center Edition tile state:Failed during photos pairwise matching

3、Software version and workstation configuration

ContextCapture center version 4.4.0.338;Tile Target RAM usage 46GB;E5 2650v3*2+128GB RAM+Dell GTX1080。

4、Replaced by two different brands GTX1080 graphics card will still appear this error. Generally, the next tile will be reported. Reboot invalid, re-install the graphics driver is also invalid. Shutdown for some time will return to normal but the duration is not long, the hardware detection no problem. Replace the quadro m4000 does not appear this error.

Can contextcapture run on a server with the os as windows server 2019?

Seems to me that all the issues I've been running into may be possibly due to running on server machines with windows server 2019. Looking at the error logs I am seeing things like it can't find dll etc. Does anyone have a setup with a server machine?

Will the above GPU work for ContextCapture? I cannot find a complete list of supported cards. All I know is I am having issues with Nvidia and from what I can find Nvidia cards seem to cause headaches all around.
