Stub Out Report Prompt Not showing

Attempting to run proposed sections, after selecting Run and Apply, the prompt for the stub out report does not appear and everything locks up. I tried on two other pcs and the prompt for the stub out report still doesn't show. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong with it? Thanks.

FDOT Civil Cell Help

Ran into a problem using the FDOT Place Civil Cell tool using an urban driveway cell.

The command promoted to select the edge of the pavement, sidewalk back, and left side of the driveway to place the cell.

When followed, the orientation of the cell is out of place and there is no obvious fix to switch the orientation using the three reference lines.

Are there any resources that would help point me to solve this problem? Thanks.

Unable to use GEO pak feature

I'm trying to go through one of the training projects from the FDOT CADD training site.

But when opening up function requires input from a gpk file such as Project manager, or DC manager, this prompt appears every time.

Is there a way to fix it?
