DWG Attached PDF references not appearing in PDF rendition

I need to know if the Auto rendition within PW can include an attached PDF to a DWG file.

Currently when we rendition a DWG file using 'create rendition' in ProjectWise, it works very well (amazingly!) with DWG objects.... but when a DWG has an attached PDF, lets say a a data sheet from a manufacturer, the resulting rendition includes all DWG objects, but complete ignores the PDF attachment, leaving a blank space where the attach should be. We are forced to batch plot those drawings to get the desired output.

Has anybody else come across this and been able to fix it?

Create empty placeholders from excel data

I am wanting to create a set of empty place holders based on the contents of an excel sheet..... for example, each column in the spreadsheet is an attribute relating to the required environment, and each row is a separate 'placeholder' containing the attributed data. Is this possible? Thanks!

Does anybody have a very basic guide on how to set up PDF renditions for DWG files!.... I have found lots of tips and tricks for problems, but no guide to set it up!
