Text labels disappear while exporting to KMZ

I am trying to export my pavement cores with labels to KMZ and all text labels disappear, is there any work around?

Geopak - corridor properties unable to change design stage(s)

I seem to have lost the ability to change the design stage of a corridor.

When I attempt to change the design stage via the properties menu of the corridor I receive a much expanded list of properties. Notice, I don't have the option to change a design stage though. The corridor appears to be functioning properly, i.e. still have the ability to view sections and the profile. This is the only corridor in the project of 19 corridors that I am having this issue.

earthwork in SS4

I am working in Power Geopak V8i SS4 Version08.11.09.878

I have question about calculation earthwork with this product.

How do you calculate earthwork within construction limits and when you have existing pavement removal, how do you deduct existing pavement/shoulder volume from the unsuitable material by running Earthwork command.

I need to calculate earthwork for each stage and also need to calculate unsuitable/existing top soil removal per stage.

When I am using the corridor command to calculate earthwork, it does not give me the option like the old Geopak, to not include certain component, add certain component by level symbology etc.

Also If I edit cross sections manually after displaying cross sections, does earth work command recognize those edited element?

superelevation is not working in corridor

I have created superelevation dgn and referenced to my corridor and assigned SE to my corridor thru SE tools. It was working fine. suddenly now I lost my super elevation from corridor and I tried to reassigned, it is not working any more. I did not change anything in superelevation file. I detach SE reference, reattached & reassign, still not working. any help will be appreciated.

I am looking for video or support for Creating Slopes At Bridge Abutments in power geopak, I found one of the video which is for inroads without sound & runs very quick, hard to understand how the bridge abutment alignment & elevations were created. Any help would be greatly appriciated

I am trying to create corridor and every time when I click on create corridor, I am getting following error and hangs up . I have uninstalled & reinstalled power geopak application in my computer, still does the same. can anyone help with the issue? It used to work before.

I am trying to insert new VPI by using command insert vertex in my ditch profile, every time I tries my computer crashes. please help me how can I insert/remove/add vpi in proposed profile.
