Google Earth export has "Style#" placemarks

When exporting to kmz/kml certain linestyles come in with "Style#'s. Anyone seen this? How can you get rid of them?

Reference File window

In SS4, when clicking the Reference File icon, the reference window doesn't open. The only way to see reference files is to toggle the arrow next to the icon. I need to get the reference file dialog to open as a separate window.
