Put full set of templates and tools in place for structured system design and for strict monitoring of specification, configuration, migration and test activities. System rollout and data migration completed successfully in record time of 4 months.

Project had to be executed Fixed Price and under tight deadlines. Acceptance testing and production rollout of all project deliverables were completed very successfully, within budget and well before the deadline.

Review of data cleaning project conducted by 3rd party for SLRB, using Bentley software. Scoping and managing an 80-day ProjectWise XM pilot project at GVB Amsterdam (operator / owner of all above- and underground metro lines) in close cooperation with Arcadis Infra. Scope of the project is to determine the best ways and configurations for converting existing analog and digital maps into seamless data storage using Bentley CAD and GIS tools, managed with Bentley Geospatial Server, and ready for handling the data of numerous ambitious projects in the near future.
