Hi all,

I need to raise an incident to support team using service request manager, but I cant whenever I click on link the webpage doesn't open.

I am getting an error as this page isn't working. This is very annoying and there is no direct customer support contact number also, kindly anyone could you please help me on this.

Studs keep disappearing from composite deck design

I have been working on a composite deck design for several months. The building has passed permit and is about to be issued for construction. So far, I have had no problems with it. All beam designs were locked so any changes to the design due to architectural changes could be easily seen. However, after changing some slab penetrations today, all the sizes changed. Namely, the number of studs for around 800 beams disappeared all over the model. The sizes look to have stayed the same though. I do not want to have to unlock all sizes and then have to go through thousands of beams and check every one to see which ones have been changed from our previous submissions. Pictures are below for comparison. One is an old model of the same area.)

Illegal Framing error with no call-out.

So I am trying to error check my model, but Data Check is reporting that my model is build correctly. However, when I go to frame it, I receive the following error:

As it is not giving any Beam numbers or coordinates, I have no clue what could be causing this or even where to begin. There are about 100 beams on the floor that it is referencing.
