Hi,

I modeled a “Piled Raft Foundation” on “Saturated Soft Clay” soil (Mohr - Coulomb);

under combined loading (Uplift “510 kN” + Lateral “130kN”).

But in output results (Deformed Mesh); it seems that adjacent soils of Raft moved up along it too.

How it is possible and how can I fix it?

Hi,I want to model micropile group by using embedded beam elements in PLAXIS 3D v2020 but I don’t know how I can calculate BASE RESISTANCE and AXIAL SKIN RESISTANCE for micropiles. Thank you very much for your help.
