Ductwork "error 76, path not found"

Hi,

I have connected a series of diffusers to ductwork and when I press size the system I get "error 76, path not found" and the system closes.

Floor type/remove window

Hi,

I've set up my own ground floor in the roofs tab and pressed set up ground floors before confirming but when I go back it resets to what it was previously, and my heat loss through the floor is minimal (only 52W whereas my wall is 3kW. See snip below, my floor type should be 13 which I insert and press the two buttons at the bottom but it goes straight back to type 1.
I also need to remove a window but am unsure how.
