After troubleshooting the printer, I went into the driver and noticed that the The PRINT PROCESSOR underneath the advanced tab of the server print driver is being changed from WINPRINT to the HPIPP231 once again. I changed it back to WINPRINT and now it is back to working. Every time this happens, it prevents users from being able to print through "Interplot".

Is there a way to find out how a setting on the print driver is getting changed?

Ask A Question I

Ask a question in a forum.
