If another user has made the DGN or I have created it offline and uploaded it i do not get the error.&nbsp;</p> <p><img src="/resized-image/__size/320x240/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/5922/pastedimage1552036816029v1.png" alt=" " /></p> <p>The companies resident IT team has applied a fix which has worked in the past but it as not worked for me.
