Now I can't clip it. I get the error message listed above. What's the problem??

The image in question is a GeoTIFF. I attached it with Geo Priority set to Attachment, and Inherit GeoCS from Model to Not Inherited. The image comes in where I expect to see it. All is good. Now I would like to clip it to my sheet border, but nothing happens and I see the red circle with the X telling me "Raster Image is currently Reprojected".

Yes, it probably is. What does the LOCATION have to do with my ability to clip the image?
Do you have any suggestions for putting my image in the right place AND being able to show only the area I want to see?

I often have to place text that includes "special" symbols not available in the standard font file (TTF) that we are required to use. The property line symbol of an overlapping P & L is one, but there are others. Currently, I have to place "App. P" then go back to place an "L". I usually end up grouping the resulting two pieces of text so that it all "travels" together when I need to move it. We have a cell for that overlapping P&L, but it still requires me to place the initial text, then place another element and group them. Three steps instead of one.

It would be really nice if I had the ability to place certain annotation cells as symbols directly into my text element during creation.

I've posted this into the "Ideas" section of this board. I'm sure there are other uses for this sort of thing - I'm just looking at a basic need i have now.
Are there any other suggestions for how to handle this type of information?

A colleague has been given a set of dgn files to be printed together on the same size paper as a set, one of the dgn (or sheet) behaves differently then the rest and we cannot figure out why.

There are about a dozen sheets that have this look and settings which are correct:

And then the black sheep (or sheet) of the set has these settings:

I would like this sheet to behave like the rest. I know I can manually correct the settings to match the rest but I cannot figure out how to save the print setting corrections that I make stick; so that when I come back and open the drawing at a later date they will be the way I want.

Also when I use Print Organizer the behavior of these sheets are similar, all the sheets look the way I want except the black sheep.

How can I make this dysfunctional sheet fall in line with the rest AND save those changes so that I don't have to keep repeating the corrections every time I need to print the set?

*Also I don't know if this is relevant but when Print Organizer takes a moment to display the preview of this troublesome sheet there is displayed a thin blue line on the right-hand side of the sheet and nothing else, just momentarily, and then the blue line goes away and I get what is displayed up above and to the right (with a portion of the drawing cut-off on the right where the blue line was).
