I have modelled and applied Cracked section properties code specifies Is1893:2016 and in another model i have assigned Global Cracked section properties for the beams and columns. But the results and area of steel in columns and beams are reduced in the second case compared with the code Specified Cracked Section Properties. But I have a doubt while defining reference loads the live load has to reduce as per the specified code or we have to assign full live load in the reference loads? Because the story stiffness is changing if it is 100% live load and if it is reduced live load. Kindly confirm whether the full live load has to define in the mass based reference load or reduced live load as per the code.

Staad Splitted R.C.C Beam Design !

If we model the retaining wall with attachment of beam the beam is splitting into the plate element size.
