I have completed several models in AutoPIPE and have noticed that the most recent .sqo output file I created for a model lists results by load case. For example:

Previous models list results grouped by node. For example:

I have tried checking/unchecking the options in the SQLite Report Manger to fix this, but I cannot seem to get my results to the format of previous models. Is there some option somewhere else that controls how results are sorted in output reports (.sqo files)?

ADLPipe Valves

Does ADLPipe apply thermal expansion coefficients to VALVE/1VALVE commands?

Gap Support Modeling Approach

I am trying to convert a previous model from ADL Pipe to AutoPIPE. The previous model has two gap supports. It appears that ADL Pipe was able to analyze the model (Non-Linearly?) with the thermal case ONLY. When this scenario is transferred to AutoPIPE, the static analysis must consider gravity and thermal (because of the Non Linear approach).

Is there a way to model a gap support in AutoPIPE, completely ignoring any influence from gravity? Can gravity be set to zero for one load case?

I am concerned about thermal loading only for this part of my analysis. (Trying to benchmark the AutoPIPE thermal loads against those listed in the previous ADL Pipe model)

Ask A Question I

Ask a question in a forum.
