Custom detailing symbol cell dgnlib will not load in projectwise.

Microstation V8i (select series 4) Version 08.11.09.829

I have made custom detailing symbols dgnlib ( they are anotated cells) for our company and placed them in our workspace dgnlib environment in Projectwise, but they do not appear when using the MS call out tools for dynamic views.

Now I have included the the dgnlib in the Projectwise configuration.

- they are in the MS_DETAILING SYMBOL_CELLLIST

-they are in the MS_DGNLIBLIST

-the cells can be placed as annotated cells

But Microstation still uses the symbols from the DrawingSeed.dgnlib from the workspace system from my local hard drive. I can get projectwise to ignore the DrawingSeed.dgnlib from my HD but it still doesn't pick up my custom dgnlibs in PW.

Does anyone have any ideas?
