ORD changes not saved in original file after activating and deactivating a reference

In OpenRoads Designer (Version 10.09.00), when I am working in a dgn (File1) for some time and make changes, then activate a reference (File2) for example to move a text element, then deactivate File2 and resume editing in File1, any edits that I made in File1 did not save. Is the autosave function not working (it is turned on in my Settings)? A workaround for now is saving just before activating a reference file just in case, but I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue.

Civil Cell ORD Error - Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I am having difficulty with civil cells crashing ORD when I try to place them, resulting in an "Exception: object reference not set to an instance of an object" error. Here's what I am trying to do:

1) Open delivered .dgnlib file with already delivered/created civil cells (NCDOT workspace)

2) Drop one civil cell, make changes to the templates, then "recreate" civil cell

3) Open a new file and place modified civil cell at an intersection. To place the civil cell, I select the referenced mainline corridor model Edge of Pavement, and the referenced minor road alignment.

4) Error - "exception: object reference not set...." Sometimes, it will show the "grayed out" civil cell (what it will look like before placement), but when I click to accept, the error happens.

It seems that I am able to place all the "default" (not modified) civil cells fine, but when I drop and create a civil cell again, then the exception error results and ORD freezes. Has anyone else had this issue? I have also tried deleting the folders C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0 and CifExceptions, and C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0. After I deleted these folders and attempted to place the civil cell again, it worked only once and I successfully placed the modified civil cell, but then the same issue returned when I tried another.

Any suggestions? Is this an issue with the installed ORD/workspace or the files themselves?
