Spatial Reference System

Hi, I'm using DJI Phantom 4 RTK fixed photo geotagged and processed 3mx. The result is questionable in height, approx. 2m different with our GCPs.
While checking the result of GCP location, I found different value in same reference system. I upload my screenshot for your perusal.

WGS84Height: 30.373m
WGS84 EGM96 Height: 32.744m
4393+ EGM96 Height: 30.557m
4393 Height: 28.192m

Our GCP Geiod Height: 32.391m
GCP Ellipsoid Height: 30.127m

My question is, why EGM96 height different value when i use default WGS84+EGM96 and my 4393 override height EGM96?

Computer restart after ContextCapture Engine run.

Hi Expert,

Over the course of this week, my computer shut down on its own when I started opening ContextCapture Engine. I have tried updating CC Master, Windows 10, GeForce RTX1080 Graphics Driver and Alienware products to the latest. But, the problem still persists.

3D Point Cloud problem

Hi expert,

I am having problems with the point data output, the position and height of the point cloud are not in the correct position.

I have created cloud point data in LAS format, and imported it using Autodesk Recap to attach in Civil3D pictures. While I am installing orthophoto and cloud points, the data is not in the same position as it should be. This position difference varies for other cloud point sets.

I have also submitted the same cloud point many times, some got the right result like I used to do before.

From my observations, there is the same SRS but the name given does not indicate the EPSG number. Is there a difference between the two options?

Orthophoto job failed

Hi expert,

I have made an orthophoto, but often my output will fail because one tile reference has failed. That failed tiles is completed generate in 3MX model.

Coordinate System Problem; Kertau RSO / RSO Malaya (m) (EPSG:3168)

Hi, I've got problem with coordinate system (Kertau RSO: EPSG 3168). The potential position (yellow icon) is far away (approx 50 meters) from actual coordinates (blue icon) on ground.

It also happen for coordinate system GDM2000 / Selangor Grid (EPSG:3380).

Anyone can help me for this?

Hi Expert,

I did AT using images from the Mavic 2 Pro camera, the Hasselblad L1D-20cHasselblad L1D-20c camera. However, AT results are abnormal / curved in the form of spheres.

I would like advice from the experts here on how to deal with this.

Production failed.

Hi. After I run the AT, I have submitted the production in 3MX format. But, in the job details table it show the status of the tile production is "Failed: Production failed".

I have tried to re-submit the production but it still show the same status, but I notified some unusual command from the cc engine that shows "Ignoring job"...........: Job submitted from a Master with a different version".

Fyi, I have update the CC to the latest version before I started this job.

Hence, together with this I have export one of the log file for your technical support.

The orthophoto tiling numbering

"The orthophoto tiling starts from the bottom left corner of the bounding box and increments from left to right (part_1_1, part_1_2, part_1_X, etc.) and bottom to top (part_1_1, Part_2_1, Part_X_1, etc.)."

Can I change the Ortho tiling numbering same as 3mx tiling numbered?

OpenRail Concept Station Coordinate System

Hi all,

I have issue about my coordinate system. I couldn't find coordinate system same as my ContextCapture, Kertau 1968 / Selangor Grid (EPSG:4393) + EGM96 (EPSG:5773).

Can someone explain to me.

I have attached 3MX files into OpenRail ConceptStation, it did not working.

Failed production status

After the AT done, I have construct some new production. Unfortunately, the production operation has failed. So, I decided to re-submit the previous failed production. This re-submission status is successful. So, here I would like to ask why did this error happened ? And, why after the re-submission the production has been successfully done without have to amend anything?
