How do I show Subsurface Utility elements, on an Alignment Profile?

We are working on a project and we have created our Tunnel Alignment, created using Power InRoads civil tools, and we have our Utilities created using SUE. How do we go about showing our Alignment and Utilities on a profile that we can place in a sheet model?

Is there a way to display Hyperlinks in the flex tables?

We have been building our Utility Network in SUE and the designs have been adding hyperlinks, to both nodes and conduits, under the Hyperlinks heading of the Utility properties, Subsurface Utilities Engineering section.

I need a way to create a report of these hyperlinks and I cannot figure out how to do it.
