(case k of AASHTO LRFD Table 4.6.2.2.1-1).

For my case with a beam spacing of 6.24', the program calculated a LLDF for the interior girder of 0.52 for the case of 2 or more lanes loaded. Using Table 4.6.2.2.2b--1, I was able to duplicate that result.

For the exterior girder, I figured that ConSpan would use Table 4.6.2.2.2d-1, and multiply the interior girder LLDF by the value of "e" copied below from AASHTO to get the LLDF for the exterior girder.

I have a barrier width of 1.21' and a distance from the edge of deck to the centerline of the exterior girder web of 2.5'. To me, that means that e = 0.77+(2.5-1.21)/9.1 = 0.91

The LLDF for the exterior girder for 2+ lanes loaded would then be 0.91*0.52 = 0.47. However, ConSpan is giving me a value of 0.60. What am I missing?

Cap design

Can I ask the difference between "centerline of column", "face of support", and "offset from CL of the column", shown below?
