Photos from Collector category not available in Template studio

Hello,

We are currently using the collector app to get photos from the field. We use a template which then creates our photos sheets.

Photos uploaded using the collector app has the category "Photographs". In template studio, the "categoryFilter" does not have this option. The only way which we can get our photos to appear on the log is to bulk update the photos category to a filter which is available in Template Studio. Can "Photographs" be added to the CategoryFilter on Template studio please? Or can the option to select a photo category be added to the colelctor app?

Hi,

gINT worked fine yesterday but this morning I receive various error messages when opening the program:

Process:

Open gINTCL

Splash screen appears

Error box: Run-time error '0', OK

Error box: Error in Startup.StartupProgram (429)ActiveX component can't create object line number 21, OK

Error box: Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object, OK

Software closes

No software changes or config changes have occurred since yesterday and now

Attempted to resolve using https://docs.datgel.com/gint/latest/troubleshooting-articles/microsoft-access-database-engine no change

Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, no change.

Hi,

We have projects which, when trying to open in gINT pro displays the following error:

The text reads:

"AxFileGint.GintFileValidFns

File.gpj: Cannot update File.gpj to current gINT requirements because exclusive read/write access is required.

Record(s) cannot be read; no read premission on 'GIDENTITY'."

Copying the file to a local source and trying to read that results in the same error. There is no locks current active for those projects and no other person is trying to access these projects.

Could you please advise on how to open these projects so they can be viewed/edited/exported in gINT pro?

gINT version is 10.02.00.04
