I have created a support ticket thru Bentley and i was provided with a .exe file to install.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have followed all the installations steps, i see all files were downloaded to the right folder but the program does not start when i click in Presto.exe file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can i get a phone number to call and walk thru the installation process please?&lt;/p&gt;
