Is the saved search in the Global or Personal Saved Searches ?
If it is in the Personal, you will need to use the -Personal switch parameter.
If it is in a project, you will need to include the project path in the search name.

These were changed in 126.96.36.199 (same with Import) - you could import or export just the file without the structure. It has been confirmed WAD for Import-PWDocuments (no explanation why the previous functionality was removed though).
Exactly. There appear to be analytics in the code that does not check to see if it can do the nanny reporting. That's poor form and should be fixed.
