Accusnap Pop up info not working

Hi, I am having trouble using my accusnap Pop-up info, on my old laptop I could use accusnap no problems, i've had my new laptop for a while now and it doesn't like accusnap. If i want to know a level name on something I hover over and it shows nothing, it will only display the info if I do snap settings> accusnap, then it works for a few seconds or minutes or until I click off the page for something or open the reference manager etc and then it will stop working, very frustrating, so each time I want to use the pop-up info I have to do this. Sometimes when I boot the computer up it works for a bit then sometime during the day it reverts back to not working, i'm hoping it's a relatively straightforward fix or even something very simple that i've missed

Delete Standard level library

Hi there, could someone help, I'm having a problem with the level library - every drawing I open, Microstation helpfully adds all of its standard level libraries and I can't switch them off or delete, so when I attach client libraries they becomes lost within the standard levels - any ideas?

Microstation Level Overrides Issues

Hi,

So my office is having issues with level overrides. When all overrides are allowed in the drawing (overrides on etc) the overrides will work in the model but they will not work in the sheet, in the sheet they are all greyed out so we cant touch them but they are all changed in the model, it appears my whole office are having this issue, we were given these sheet files to work on (from a client) so possibly the sheet files are set to not allow overrides in the sheet even when we turn them on?? - anyone have any ideas? I must be missing something, because the only way to make the changes to the models is to open them and change the model because we cant use overrides on them
