This created new room references increasing the total number of rooms to 1,000 which appears to be the limit of the software.</p> <p>I have since deleted some of the floors which I no longer need, which should also have deleted the&nbsp;room references, but instead they are still there and the total room count is still on 1,000 rooms. Is there any way I can go in and directly delete the room references and reduce the number of rooms that have been created on the file? </p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
