Design Database doesn't load after selecting a folder

After having loaded Hevacomp with Admin privileges -

Selecting Design Database -

After Selecting a folder the project explorer, shown above, minimizes as expected but nothing else happens.

The following page doesn't load, I don't receive an error and the DDB process can be seen to be running in the task manager -

I have re-installed Hevacomp since this and still end up with the same result.

Any ideas on how to move forward?

Hi guys, rather new to Hevacomp so apologies if this has been asked before or is a simple one.

Loading up a test project this morning I've found that my heating emitters are showing as square rather than rectangular.

Then when I move the emitter it highlights as expected, rectangular -

This wasn't happening yesterday so I expect I've accidentally changed a setting somewhere.

Here are my current settings -
