I am working from home and the connection is slow today. Could this be the reason?

Also I have recently upgraded my gint version to 10.01.00.11 and when I export old files to AGS I get errors that I didn’t have before.

Like:

Check of the DICT group 5 errors or warnings or informational messages

ERROR: Line 999 - Heading 'MOND_METH' in group 'MOND' is not defined in the DICT group.

ERROR: Line 999 - Heading 'MOND_LIM' in group 'MOND' is not defined in the DICT group.

ERROR: Line 999 - Heading 'MOND_ULIM' in group 'MOND' is not defined in the DICT group.

ERROR: Line 999 - Heading 'MOND_NAME' in group 'MOND' is not defined in the DICT group.

ERROR: Line 999 - Heading 'MOND_CRED' in group 'MOND' is not defined in the DICT group.

Is it the correspondence file that needs updating?

Editing AGS in excel not wokring

Hello

I am trying to edit/open and AGS file in excel and I get this message:

"This action cannot be completeted becasue the other application is busy. Chosse "swich to" to activate the busy application and correct the problem"

The swich to... does not work.

Can you let me know what to do?

Problems with Downloading gint

Hello

I have given permission to two members of staff to download gint but the site will not let them as" they do not have permission"

Is the site down? I have been trying all day and is getting urgent now as they will need to use the software. I have tried technical assistances but nobody came back to me.

Is there something else I can do?

Can't open gint

Nobody in the team are able to open gINT at the moment. We all have the same message: FATAL ERROR Unrecognised database format gint library. Nobody changed the library.
How can we change the library if we can't open gint at all?

National Coordinates

I am trying to change the templates to pick up national coordinates, I have mange to change the elevation but the coordinates do not work.

Rock Uniaxial Compressive Strength- RUCS_DURN error in AGS

I need to change the coorespondance file so that RUCS_DURN iexports in mm:ss. Currenlty exporting in m:ss. I have tried the below but is not really working.

AGS checker application

My AGS checker has stopped working since I have downloaded the latest version of gINT 10.00.00.64.

I get the following: The applications has failed to start because its side-by side configuration is incorrect.

How can I resolve the problem?

Elapsed Time Format for ISAT - IPRT

Hello

Both Soakaway Time: ISAT_TIME and In-Situ Permeability Time: IPRT_TIME need to be in hh:mm:ss format according to AGS, but when entering the time in gINT the first 0 is lost. For example 01:20:00 turns to 1:20:00 and this gives errors to other systems except gINT.

I came across this problem once before with Chiselling time and changed the time to text in the Data Design tab. Unfortunately I can’t do the same with the Soakaway and Permeability Elapsed Time as I have no option to change the time to text.

How do I go around it and if this is an AGS requirement why isn’t gINT set up accordingly?

Exporting AGS 4

I have been creating projects in AGS 4 using the template provided by gINT, exported the data and even though the headings are of AGS 4, it looks like AGS 3!

This colum is missing why? What am I doing wrong?

Chiseling Time AGS 4

Hello

I have a problem with the chiseling time, even though the properties are set to hh:mm when I enter the time it changes to h:mm (0:30 instead of 00:30). Any idea on how to correct this?

abbreviation errors AGS 4

Hi All,

I have encountered many times now, problems with abbreviation errors while exporting AGS 4.0

Gint doesn't acknowledge the descriptions on some legends – different at different projects. I have changed the legends that doesn’t like to different ones, exported the AGS, then changed them back and exported again with no problems any more.

Why does this happen and how can I rectify so this won’t happen again? It’s impossible to keep changing legends until gint likes them, especially on big projects.

Has anyone else had similar problems?
