Microstation - Saving a CAL to file a usable CIT file

In Microstation, how do I save a CAL file to a usable CIT file? When I try to save as a CIT(*.CIT) file the file is blank and doesn't contain any data. SNC was able to perform the task in the previous versions of Microstation. I'm not sure what changed. SNC has always used a .CIT file as our raster file type. Any help would be appreciated.

Bentley Descartes Connection Edition (Microstation) stops working

I load a DGN file and start working in the file. The mouse icon starts spinning and the software give me a "Not Responding" message. Then I get a message box that states, "Descartes Stand/Alone has stopped working". This issue starting last Friday afternoon and continues this morning. What actions should I take to correct?

Embedding a raster file (CIT) in a DGN

Is there a way to embed a raster file (CIT) into a DGN file and modify the raster file? AutoCad has this function and it very useful when you can manage only one file instead of two. Please review and let me know.
