Open Roads SignCad: Unknown Key-in or command

I recently changed computers and I am getting the message "Unknown Key-in or command" when I select any of the signCad options.

On my previous computer the signs would easy display in open Roads.

Cross section model not displaying in annotation window

Yesterday I worked in a cross section model and annotated it. Yesterday, my only issue was that my Cross section Navigator didn't work. The error below appears.

-the cross section cell was in place and i am in the correct gpk

Today when I went to the Cross Section Model, but the model does not appear on the Cross section window.

-the name has not been changed.

-the model has not been deleted; I can still see and edit the cross section model.

Do anyone know why my model isn't appearing anymore? and Why my navigator isn't working?

(This was a similar question from 3 years ago here but I didn't see any resolution)

Geopak Template Design

We are new to Geopak and are trying to build a template that has the following:

Road way fill slope of 4:1 down to a specified elevation.

We then have a "veryied width" ditch that is horizontal and heads toward an existing roadway. We then need to come off this roadway shoulder at a 4:1 slope down to that specified elevation from the fill slope to create a level ditch section.

Any suggestions how to set this template up?
