I suggest using the Component Quantity tool, where you can select the surface template and you'll get the area and volume with respect to the material. Avdhoot K. For more information about the Road and Site design tools, visit the Road and Site design…

Hi Sigfus, You should be able to export the corridor geometry from your 2d model using the Export Geometry command. It wont "see" any clipping, etc but should have what you need.

Hi what would be the best way to create a corridor with 3 types of slopes. Nr 1 road start with -25 0/00 from CL to each EOP, then goes to 25 0/00 left side slope and then over to 25 0/00 right side slope Nr 2 road start with a 25 0/00 left side slope…

Use one corridor template and drop. But make sure you have a parametric label for slope in your template for EOP Left and Right. Then add the parameters you listed to the corridor. For example set 2.5% @ 0m station rolling to -2.5% @ 100m station. …

If you are adding new lines and arcs to existing geometry, I recommend creating your lines/arcs and using the Complex Geometry tools. You can find them in the Horizontal and Vertical sections of the Geometry tab of the OpenRoads Modeling workflow. You…

Hi Sigfus, yes it's possible, you need to create a surface template that have mesh properties to be unsuitable then assign this surface template to your surface "topsoil". The trick is to have this surface to follow your corridor limits. Once you run…

Hi Sigfús, I've checked and couldn't find any reason why you couldn't use a B-spline. If users had any drawbacks with it that'd be useful to know.
