&lt;p&gt;1. Does STAAD take into account the ductile detailing provisions of CHAPTER 21 of ACI 318M-11, while arriving at the reinforcement area and stirrup area ??&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. If those provisions are available, how does STAAD identify a SMRF or IMRF or OMRF in concrete design ??&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Incase, its not available in the batch mode !!! Is the above ductile detailing provision addressed in the RC designer module ?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have two questions..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. While running PDELTA analysis in STAAD, how to include the effects of a service level dead load e.g. DL+ 0.25LL, before starting the PDELTA analysis for my repeat load combinations..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 1 DL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 2 LL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 3 EQ&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 4 DL+0.25LL (service vertical load) ( the result of this load case shall be linear)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 5 EQ ( P delta analysis for this particular load case alone, which includes the linear analysis results of load case 4 )&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;load case 6 DL+0.25LL +EQ ( using REPEAT LOADS for this combination isnt the same as the results of load cases 4 and 5, which were run sequentially )&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can someone clarify me, on how to apply service level vertical loads and using it as reference, before running Pdelta analysis for lateral load cases !!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. What does the PDELTA KG &amp;nbsp;command do actually ? can someone share me a link, to understand the &amp;quot;stress stiffening effect which is said to be accounted in stiffness matrix&amp;quot; !!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
