I am now working on a project to build a 3D point cloud from images using ContexCapture. And I need to know the projection relationship between each image and the 3D model. So, does anyone know how to find the translation and rotation matrices?

Thank's in advance

Our Statewide GIS provides coverage using LAZ and ADF files. I cannot figure out anything to do with ADF files, but I was able to convert a couple of LAZ files to LAS using an EXE provided with the data set.

I've managed to create two STM files. One is correctly reprojected to US Survey Feet. The other seems locked to Meters. I have tried a number of different approaches and cannot seem to recreate the workflow I was successful with on Monday with the second LAS file.

Does anyone know what step(s) I am missing? Is there a well prepared step by step guide? Please Help!
