1. As you can see the dimensions have open arrows. Is there any way to make these arrows closed? The element template references a dimensions style with closed arrows but this does not carry across into the markup.

2. On the left you can see 3 different annotation definitions for the three dimensions. I attempted to combine them into one, but when multiple segments were selected they all disappeared. Is this a common issue?

Thanks

Fill/Hatch cross section components queries

Is there a way to fill cross section components in ORD CONNECT 2021? I've followed this tutorial (https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/52655/video-hatching-components-in-cross-section) and can get hatching to work through element templates, but the fill options do not appear to work in the same way.

Is there another option?

Also, with the hatching workflow mentioned above, is it possible to hatch with a different colour to the outline?

Overlapping chainages in Profile Frame

I have been putting together a profile frame that shows chainages and levels at regular intervals and at key stations like VPCs and VPTs. In some instances this leaves them overlapping as shown below. Is there any way to set them so that they do no overlap? I have tried using the collision menu but do not seem to be able to get this to work - it either moves all of the labels or none at all.

Thanks

I know that the copy geometry tool works on individual elements, but I need to create a large number of these indicative access' to run swept path analysis on them. Each one will be slightly different so I want to be able to adjust offsets and angles all at once. Is there a way to do this?

The sheets are created within and OpenRoads 2D model seeds.

To allow for Projectwise to generate pdf renditions, the file must be saved and closed in sheet view, but despite the fact that "auto save settings on exit" is turned on, the files always seem to default to model view. We have also tried with manually saving settings as well.

Is there a way to force OpenRoads to default to the sheet view when opened?

Ask A Question I

Ask a question in a forum.

Superelevation not showing on first profile sheet

Hi,

While creating profile sheets I am finding that the superelevation section of the table displays correctly on all the sheets apart from the first one.

On the first sheet it looks like the left image, and on the rest it looks like the right.

As you can see the superelevation is applied from the very start of the line (including the negative chainage), and the annotation group contains all the required fields.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks
