Openroads designer model export to .dwg : Error:Fence contents overlap

Hi,

I'm getting an error "Fence contents overlap" while trying to export the file to .dwg. I could not find any fence elements in the model. Below are some screengrab for the same. What could be the problem? It is taking correct seed file while export.

Geometry connector tool crashes ORD (2020 R2)

Openroads Designer 2020 R2 crashes instantaneously after opening geometry connector tool. I'm able to use geometry connector tool with2021 R1.

Plan by 3D tool: "No active profile" after using the tool, though level exists for the 3D featute.

Hi, I'm using ORD , 2020 Release 3 version. While migrating Plan linear element from MX Model, I'm using the Plan by 3D tool to create 2d feature from the 3D Linear feature, but the complex element generated is showing "No active profile". I can see it has levels from profile view, but unable to set it as 'Active Profile. Inned to convert the 3d features with the existing level as 'Active Profile'.Can anyone kindly tell me what I'm missing in here or what shall be done. Please see below.

1. Imported geometry

3. The profile model of IA 22

Please note that it is not possible to use the above profile as active profile.

ORD crashes too often

I'm using ORD 2019 Release 1. For last a few days, I'm noticing that it crashes too often; say whenever i'm opening Explorer, even when I'm putting some vertical alignment, or making a small change changing the dynamic text. This problem was not there previously. This issue is wasting a lot of man hours and hampering the work (thanks God that it saves work done before closing). The problem is not with the file or workspace, as with new file also I'm facing the same issue.

Can anyone kindly suggest the dos and donts to avoid crasing the software? And, is there any Audit tool to check and fix any error in the file?

Geometry Table Editor in Openroads Designer

I'm using ORD 2019 R1. While working on horizontal geometry I've noticed the Table editor tool does not work if the geometry is not PI based. It is not working when there is a reverse curve, and also after redefining complex it is not working properly (for redefined part it's saying "..not PI based", so before and after the redefined part, it's providing the data separately, with wrong station values).

Can anyone kindly tell why is that? There shall be this table editor from where we can easily modify the alignment. Civil 3D is having a panoroma window from where we can easily modify the geometry and we need same flexibility/ease to properly utilize ORD.

Civil AccuDraw in vertical Geometry

I was using Civil Accudraw tool while doing my vertical design in ORD 2019 R1.I'm facing two problems

1. Previously there was one tool "dz" which provides the elevation difference from last point. This is currently not appearing.

2. Previously it was appearing, but the "dz" and "slope" value were not current, as it is calculating the "dz" and "slope" value with reference to (0,0) point.

Can anyone kindly tell me what I'm missing here and any fix to this problem?
