I created a 2D Plaxis model where we have a tunnel 16m under the surface. The water level is 11m above the ridge. In the construction state, the water is drained 4m around the tunnel. I have tried to model this with a dry zone around the tunnel and defined the behaviour of the tunnel interface as "head". Unfortunately, the model does not work. I get the following error message: "Load advancement procedure fails". Can you tell me whats the best way to simulate the drainage and the drained condition in Plaxis 2D.

Thank you in advance.
