    Mike Dillner
    Mike Dillner
I was able to establish a working proof-of-concept shortly after my last post, but have struggled with making the time to return and reply until now. A solution like this may not be for everyone, but each piece seems like it could be a valuable tool in…

I didn't have issues with it loading the EAV from PW once I copied it up. But this definitely will all need to be looked at so I will make a note in the defect so they can double-check that process as well.

When writing the file to ProjectWise, you would need to first select the Folder at the top where you are saving the file. So you select the 'Change' button and browse to a path in PW you wish to save the file. Then you give it a Name as you have done…

Earlier today, but after that last post I added here, I ran into what might be a similar situation myself. Last night, my colleague had rearranged an alignment with the use of Complex Redefine. My impression was that it would entirely replace (at every…

Maybe try to get to it through the element information then. I think it is a child of the terrain model.

I have had this issue before as well....a real nasty one at that. To fix do the following: Delete any subfolders in the following folder---C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerInRoads\8.11 All of your tool settings and such will be reset…

  • RE: OpenRoads SS4 Linear Template or Corridor?

    Marc Bachand
    Marc Bachand
A linear template is a mini-corridor. It can do everything a corridor can do with the exception of a few tools. I would suggest you place both, look under the hammer icon in the context sensitive menu, and see the available tools for each. That should…

What you would first need to do is create a Link Set to this sheet model to access the properties including the Sheet Number and Name. communities.bentley.com/.../20349.how-to-link-dgn-elements-to-a-folder You can then use the Insert Field option…
