I modelled the concrete bridge deck as a Linear Plate element and included a prescribed displacement near the top of the abutment. The applied displacement was calculated using the span of the concrete deck, the concrete&amp;#39;s thermal expansion coefficient, and the temperature change.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have two questions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. How can I account for the concrete bridge deck&amp;#39;s creep and shrinkage deformation over time in this scenario?&lt;br /&gt;2. How do I replicate a variety of cyclic loads? i.e., the number of loading cycles near the top of the bridge abutment, such as 200&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
