is that possible to change the existing room height (especially on the midle floor rooms) on energy simulator rather than redraw it?

Hi I have installed PartL2021 by following the online guidance and I tried to run different projects. However, I got zero for TER CO2 and got the foundation area wrong as well.

it would be great if you can tell the possible reasons caused this error.

Part L error - "At least 1 Zone needed"

Trying to create an EPC/SBEM certificate however an error pops up saying "At least 1 Zone needed." Version v10.15.1.23

Created a new workplace and workset.
Imported the DXF files and modelled the building ( Supermarket).
Did a copy of a few materials and changed their U-values for the project.

For the Part L calc, there are 3 zones which I've used and for each one a different HVAC system. I've created inputs for each one and when I've tried to run the EPC/results/compliance it comes up with the error message attached.

Throughout all this I have not encountered any error messages in notifications.

I've recreated the model in the same workplace however in a separate workset and the same error message displays.

Not sure what I've done wrong. How can I resolve this?

Heat Loss Calculation

Hi I have model the building with 75 rooms and warm floor as heating type. the result only shows the plant ratio of 1 and pre-heat period of 0. However, I am look at different plant ratios and pre-heat period hours.

Merged Room causing PartL calculation failure

in my modell, I mergedd two rooms and merged rooms cuased my PartL calcaution failure and I am not sure if there is any way to unmege it (As Slit Function not working for my complex model). or any other solution please?

If possible, I am happy to send through my model for you to check?

Rooflight isnt incldued for heat loss calculation

I been trying to do heat loss but the roof light was't incldued in my heat loss calcuation, rooflight isn't corresponding to the roof as attached show, could you help please?

Wall Property Wrong

Hi,

Since I been using update 8 version, there are different colors representing walls (Blue shows exposed wall, which is right). However, the model also has orange color wall showing partition (that is supposed to be exposed wall), I wonder why?

as the attached shows, could you tell me how I can solve it please? annd this problems increases when i coppy the floor.

Part L Calculation

I have imported a Hevacomp project into Open Buildings energy simulator, when I run the Part L calculation I get a error stating HEPA-FILTER = 0, there are 3No. of these in the list and 1No. error stating 'bad reference GLASS'

Please can you advise on how to solve this.
