Ground response analysis in PLAXIS 2D

I was performing ground response analysis in PLAXIS 2D with and without considering structure. From analysis, I found PGA in soil-structure integrated model is high as compared to free field analysis, I couldn't find my answer from literature review. Can anyone kindly reveal the reason behind it ? This conclusion is being main point of discussion of my thesis work.

Please help: Stiffness matrix is nearly singular and cannot be solved [error code: 20] in PLAXIS 3D. Can anyone help me to fix this file ?

Plaxis 3D is not using Geforce Graphics, is there any way to run Plaxis3D under Geforce GPU ?
