How to improve Display Performance on MS V8i under Windows 10 with NVIDIA Quadro Video Card?

Since latest updates on Windows 10, the control of Display Performance goes through Windows settings and not through Nvidia Control Panel, however we got following looking:

Previosly can be improved through Nvidia Control panel but now we get the following message:

We are using on our office for Certain customer MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 10) 08.11.09.916 and up to now we will need to be using for some time more.

Dimensions in paper space not printing (SelectSERIES 4)

I get ready my paper space for plotting, I have a couple of dynamic views in place, with visual style of hidden line and some dimensions/texts in the paper space, if I choose to print to pdf (thru pdf.pltcfg), now in versión 08.11.09.833 SelectSERIES 4, automatically choose Rasterized. I don't choose this options often because:

Longer time to créate the printout (rather PDF or to printer/plotter)
Larger file sizes
Quality of drawing in full page some kind of faded

In the paper space of MicroStation look like this:

But in the PDF:

No dimensions at all.

I did the test with SelectSERIES 3 and not problem:

What could be missing right here?

Is there any work around to fix this or I should keep with SelectSERIES 3?

Versions used for this:

Just for the record, when I choose a portion of the paper space to print, with a fence for instance, the dimensions are visible/printable.

Any hint to fix this, or perhaps to address to Bentley, will be much appreciated.

How to change several normal cells to shared cells?

I'm making some plans for supports on piping instalattion, so this pieces are the same and are too many, by end, i would get a file around 168 MB (just the supports). Is there any way to convert/change regular normal cells into shared cells? I follow a procedure thru exporting to DWG and the importing again, unfortunaly i get a bad result like the one in the attachment.

I have several files like this one that I have to merge together with the pipes and some other information plus the paper spaces, in one test, I get a DGN file of about 768 MB, and that will be for one instalattion (building), that it is why I need to be shared cells. Plus, when using the precedure of DWG Export, change the scale of the shared cells to 10 times (Original DGN: Main Units=Meters, auxiliary units=mm)

It is posible to have Microstation installed in more tan one language?

In our Enterprise we have usually users that prefer spanish language installations (we are in México), but from time to time we have a couple of foreign users from branches of our company. Is there a way to install both versions (Spanish and English) in a couple of equiments? Or can be only one installed at the time?

Re-sort References Slot Numbers

There is any way to re-sort the slot numbers of a set of references easily?

I have two cases scenarios, the first: usually start planing with preliminary info and sometimes one level of specialties is divided into several references, so at the beginning I could have :

In this little simple, it's easy to change one by one, unfortunaly this is a Little sample, because the number of references in some files, besides the specialties and everything sometimes goes above 100 references, remaining in about 45 or more. There is any "Easy" way to resort this without VBA?

Second Scenario:

Usually I gets prepared in one file all the references needed for any proyect, so in the rest of the files, we just attach that file and copy the attachments to the new file and remove that one from the list of references:

How to edit info to multiple references?

I have several references attached to our work files, let's say the arquitectural and Steel construction between other. but when I make my seed references files for some other references I came out with something like this:

Also, I realice that the content in to this dialog could get copied to some other programs like Excel, that separates the information in colums that is very convenient to edit information, but now, there is any way to edit those references to get at the end something like this:

As you can probably realice, I need to change paths to variables, Descriptions of the models and also a generic scheme of naming on the logical naming to this references/models. Manually takes for me a lot of time to made, there is any other way better way to do it?

Changing Dimensions Data by operators

Is there any way to make my dimensions:

Get a second data for a second line from a 3D object? (Sample in picture, putting the dimension for pipe length, getting "automatically" the diameter)
Split data on dimensión? (Sample in picture, if * represents the real/original value, establish some operator and formating, p.e., *=7200, so "(=*/3600)/3600", I'm guessing some kind of string that can put like Excel Style)
