Some data has been removed (including street names from the mapping in the interest of security. The V8 microstation file was used in a projection screen presentation to clients. As noted the model was originally created in V8 and a transparent material was attached to the above surface buildings to give the right effect. With XM of course there is no need for this as the level the solids reside on just has to be allocated a transparency value (30%). That's progress!
