The Be|Communites hopefully grow further your favorite places to discuss any issues with other practitioners.

Yet if you like functionality to be enhanced or changed this needs to be introduced into the "pipe". So everybody having a request - and everybody supporting it as well - needs to file a ticket through the Service Ticket Manager.

You get a ST number from there and can refer to it. It is evaluated and can become a TR or CR. Part of the priorisation of an issue is the number of service tickets filed against it.
