Critical bug in RC-PIER
A bug in the flexural design of the isolated spread footing was identified. The bug was caused by the incorrect swapping of the design moments in the transverse and longitudinal directions. The corresponding required steel reinforcement in transverse and longitudinal directions were therefore not correctly calculated. This also affected the shear design only for the options of the MCFT Equation or Table Methods. The affected versions include v15.00.00.41 and v15.01.00.05 of LEAP Bridge Enterprise, and v16.00.00.24 LEAP Bridge Concrete. This bug has been fixed and a patch is available upon request.
