This release fixes the following issues:

• Incorrect use of section moduli in load rating calculations in negative flexure regions
• Error in unbraced length calculation (to be used in AASHTO LRFD Article 6.10.8.2.3) at locations where cross-frames spacing changes
• Issue regarding “Design Optimization” performance for lateral torsional buckling resistance calculation
