Just wanted to let you know we have had a bit of a purge on Service Ticket closures.
So it may be that you are getting / already received a number of emails from us at Bentley regarding Service Tickets. Mostly it will be about Service Tickets we have resolved, but just not completed by closing the ST down. Although some may be about outstanding issues. They also may go back some time too, maybe to September 2009. Quicker closure of ST's is something we are trying to improve upon, and this purge is the first step at trying to give us a good place to start.
