What PointCloud Tools Supports Difference Testing against a Reference model

Is there a piece of Bentley tool that supports difference testing from point cloud against a reference model which outputs color shaded views and plots:

Something similar to InRoads ISOPACH Surface!

Hi Frank,

I would say the nearest thing to what you want is the Clash Detection module, which has been supporting point cloud for about a year.

So if you want to check a reference model with the point cloud you could clash them together.

Hi,

Bentley Pointools does provide comparison between point cloud and geometric models.

It has some limitation on the import, therefore you would have to convert your data to OBJ first to be able to manipulate them in Pointools.

Hi Ben,
I'm in front of an competition to give an offer for a 3DScan of a Building, and i'm looking for a piece of Software doing something like

and a little more, f. e. I need an excel report of the "delta"-report based on an simplified raster, lets say average 1m x 1m than the scan resolution from 3-5mm.
