Thanks for the reply.

We're going to just load it up at startup, and if we need to use it it's there. I don't think it has any impact on the performance, so it shouldn't make any difference.

Hi Peter,
This was changed for 2014 releases, it is no longer possible to unload "dcartes". There are a couple of reasons for this change, one of them being licensing.
