Should an .obj file, exported from Microstation, open in the same geospatial position as the drawing it was created from? I have been trying to overlay a point cloud and obj file of the same survey but currently they are very far apart.

When you created the POD file did you ensure that the Geometry Unit field was correctly set to the correct unit of the point cloud?
