I am working for a client that uses Microstation V8. Some of the drawings have .tif images attached, while some are only tif that i need to attach myself to blank Microstation files. the problem I have been having is that once i attach the tif i am unable to modify it. i am using I.RASB and all the functions of the rater manager work correctly. however none of the features of the modify panel work. i get an error message "no raster layer loaded" does anybody have any idea how to fix this?
Thanks,
I am apologize for the delay.
What kind of tutorial are you looking for? I have a I/Rasb Tutorial guide, but I think it may be for V7 or possibly early version of V8. On the Learn Server you will find training for MicroStation. I did find the attach link on the LearnServer under On-Demand for Using I/RAS B.
Unknown said:I received Microstation training in school, however it was all with V8i and we did not touch on raster. As I said I am proficient with raster in AutoCAD so i know the basics of doing raster/vector work. My issue is figuring out the V8 and I/Rasb software. If there is a start to finish on the basics of attaching and working with raster in V8 that would be perfect. is the Learn Server free? If so how do i access it? Sorry for all the questions, and thank you for your help!
I looked at the courses in LearnServer and they contain information about MicroStation and I/Rasb. Your Account Manager should be able to tell you if there is a cost for the courses. I am checking to see if there is any documentation that you can download. I have attached the I/Rasb Tutorial guide that that I have. I am not sure what version of I/Rasb that it was written
